O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction in exercise of Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli to dispose of the D.V.C. No.1 of 2020.

From the records, it is clear that DVC had been originally presented as D.V.A. No.3 of 2015 and the petition had been filed under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Domestic Violence Act. The lady is the petitioner.

This Court is directed to give priority to the case and it is requested the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli to dispose of the matter after hearing both sides, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
