O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide sufficient police protection to the petitioner as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.13017 of 2016 dated 27.06.2016 and to the Church for the peaceful conduct of the Church Viz., the Blessed Zion Evangelical Fellowship Church situate at No.17, Vigneshvara Nagar, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection as per the direction of this Court Crl.O.P.No.13017 of 2016 dated 27.06.2016. Now, almost five three have been lapsed and hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellanous petition is closed.
