Prayer :Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.10.2014 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C. R/w Section 4 of Woman's Harassment Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act and expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.10.2014 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C. R/w Section 4 of Woman's Harassment Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act and expedite the investigation within the stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It appears that the petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.517 of 2014 and the same has been closed on 05.11.2014. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police is directed to send the copy of the closure report to the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
