Mr.C.Emalias, Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER The present criminal original petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register the petitioners' complaint dated 07.02.2015, 04.02.2015 and

12.03.2015 respectively and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners, enquiry were conducted and the same were closed.

5. In view of the same, the prayer that has been made in these criminal original petitions cannot be granted. Hence, the present criminal original petitions are closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., if they so desire.
