This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to substitute the respondents 2 to 5 herein as the legal representatives in the place of the deceased respondent-1 in the above M.P.No.1 of in W.A.Sr.No.54412 of 2014 against W.P.No.13224 of 2010.

2. Heard Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.K.Murthy, learned counsel for the proposed respondents 2 to 5.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and post the matter on 02.09.2021.
