This petition has been filed, seeking direction upon the respondent/Police not to harass the petitioner, under the pretext of enquiry.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that one Devendhiran gave complaint against petitioners, and in connection with the said complaint, the first petitioner was called for enquiry and second and third petitioners were not called for enquiry. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced by the said complaint before this Court for perusal.

On a perusal of the complaint given by the said Devandhiran, it is seen that no criminal offence has been made out against the petitioners, and hence, there is no necessity for the respondent/Police to call the petitioners for enquiry. 3.
Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and there shall not be any harassment be done to the petitioners by the respondent/Police, based on the complaint given by the aforesaid Devendhiran.
