Petitioners seek a direction to learned Sub Judge, Tambaram to dispose of EP.No.130 of 2013 in OS.No.124 of 2011 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings in the case reveals much delay and on very many occasions, the respondent has remained absent. In the circumstances, this Court directs the Sub Court, Tambaram to dispose of E.P.No.130 of 2013 in OS.No.124 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this Order. The present order is made on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that no appeal or any case is pending before any Court or any forum.

4.The civil revision is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
