This petition has been filed by the petitioner to bring on record of the respondents 2 to 8 in the above S.A.No.223 of 2019 as the legal heirs of the deceased V.Subrayan.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

4.This Court having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
