This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.382 of 2008 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation in Crime No.382 of 2008 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.581 of 2015.
