The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he is not able to contact the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court and seeks to appoint somebody else as the Advocate Commissioner to record evidence.

2. Taking note of the said submission, Mr. Samuel Raja, Advocate (Ms.1602/2006) having office at Flat No.34, Shanthi Apartments, No.31, Reddy kuppam Road, West Mambalam, Chennai-600 033, Mobile No.9843743262, is appointed as Advocate Commissioner to record evidence of PW.1.

The Advocate Commissioner shall give advance notice to the learned counsel for the plaintiff and record the evidence of the plaintiff on 08.10.2021. The remuneration shall be Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid directly to the Advocate Commissioner by the plaintiff.

3. Post the matter before the Court on 20.10.2021.
