(CR.NO.1234/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners are directed to appear before the committal court on everyMonday at 10.30 AM until further orders in the above Crl.M.P.No.2967 of 2021 dated 11/03/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1899 of 2021 on 05/02/2021 in P.R.C.No.70/2020 in Cr.No.1234 of 2020 pending Trail in S.C.No.93/2021 on the file of the Learned XX Additional Sessions Court, Allikulam at Chennai and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVAKUMARASWAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 05.02.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.02.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
