CRIME NO.110 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the Station House officer, Thanjavur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court, dated 01.06.2022 in in Crl.OP.No.11778 of 2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11778 of 2022 on 01.06.2022, to stay at Thanjavur and report before Town Police Station, Thanjavur daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
