O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondents herein consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2016 to provide necessary police protection ensuring the rights, safety and their personal liberty of the people and office bearers Concordial Lutheran Church, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District in accordance with law.

Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
