2. This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an interview, for awarding the Liquefied
Petroleum Gas Distributorship, in Krishnagiri District, for the Scheduled Caste category, in accordance with the procedures prescribed for the said purpose.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, had submitted that the interview for awarding the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Distributorship, in Krishnagiri District, had already been held between 26.9.2013 and 28.9.2013. Thereafter, the final results had also been published.
4. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submissions made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
5. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
