O R D E R

When it was pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner has alternative remedy under Sections 21 and 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, for the relief sought in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the same and she has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that status quo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as on date shall be maintained till 17.07.2019 by which date, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner agrees to file appeal and seek interim orders before the concerned authority. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
