C.M.P.No.5273 of 2024 in S.A.No.152 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J., The above Petition is filed to grant stay of execution of the Decree of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District in OS.No.332/2009 order dated 11.12.2015 and confirmed by the learned Additional Sub Ordinate Judge, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District on 20.08.2019 in AS.No.4/2016.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Petition.

He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
