O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 22.09.2020 and to conduct the survey and mark the boundaries in the subject property.

2. Mr. Annai Ezhil, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has fixed the date for survey on 6.11.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the necessary documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already fixed the date for survey, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
