Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed by this Honble Court, dated 20.01.2022 Crl MP No.450 of 2022 in Crl MP No.9881 of 2021 in Crl OP No.14355 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.450 of 2022 in Crl.MP.No.9881 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.14355 of 2021 on 20.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
