ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed by this court in Crl.O.P. No.10044 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 and thus render justice.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
