ORDER

The petitioner has sought for the payment of Education loan. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- towards fees can be considered, subject to the condition the petitioner routed the remaining payment due to institution through the respondent Bank.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the said submission made.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Bank to consider the bank loan application given by the petitioner, subject to the compliance as aforesaid and appropriate sanction will have to be made by the respondent Bank, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall give an undertaking to the respondent Bank with regard to the above said compliance. No costs.
