This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner himself had withdrawn his complaint from the file of the second respondent with a liberty to approach the Economic Offence Wing.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
