Though the petitioner has challenged the impugned notice dated 10.10.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the reply given by the petitioner on 16.10.2014 for the impugned notice, no further order has been passed. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent to pass appropriate order on the same. 2.This Court is not aware as to whether final orders have been passed or not, however, considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders considering the reply said to have been given by the petitioner on 16.10.2014, if not done already, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the reply to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
