The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.230 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.230/2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.9 of 2013. Subsequently, the said case was committed to the Sessions Court and re-numbered as S.C.No.69 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
