O R D E R

When it is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents that the Petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy of revision under Section 114 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, to challenge the impugned order, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdraw granting such liberty. It is needless to clarify here that if such Revision is preferred by 31.07.2019, the Revisional Authority shall after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned in consonance with the principles of natural justice, consider all the contentions that are raised in such revision and pass a reasoned order on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken.
