O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for survey of her land situated in S.Nos.280/1, 280/3, 271/1A1, 280/2 and 280/5 to an extent of 1.80 cents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that patta has been granted to the petitioner in Patta No.1134 under Section 10(1) of the Patta Passbook Act. It is the case of the petitioner that the Tahsildar has till date not demarcated the boundaries and laid the stones. Hence, the petitioner has filed an application on 09.05.2023 seeking for demarcation and also paid the requisite payment online.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to issue notice to the petitioner, second respondent and to any other person who will be affected, prior to the survey and survey the land in the presence of all the parties who may be affected, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
