Appln.(I.P.) No.90 of 2019 in I.P.No.118 of 2002 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., There is no representation on the side of the applicant in Appln.(I.P.) No.90 of 2019. However, the learned Official Assignee submits that Appln.(I.P.) No.90 of 2019 has now become infructuous, since one B.Vijayakumar, the applicant, had already made a claim before the learned Official Assignee, which has been admitted, which is the subject matter of this application also.
