The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to to register a complaint dated 19.01.2015 and investigate and file final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is seen that the complaint dated 19.01.2015 given by the petitioner has been referred to the Registrar of Co-operative Society, Kellambakkam, Chennai - 2 by the Superintendent of Police, CCIW, CID, Anna Nagar, by his proceedings dated 20.11.2014. The copy of the proceedings is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
