2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to consider its representation to remove the encroachments found in the street abutting the petitioner-School. This Court, Vide its order dated 14.11.2017 has disposed of the writ petition, but however directed the respondents 2 to 4 to take action in accordance with law with regard to the said encroachment and to submit a report before this Court, on the action taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and that the petitioner has been put on notice regarding the action taken by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5031/2017/A3 dated 05.02.2018, and a copy of the same is produced before this Court. The said proceeding is taken on file and recorded by this Court.

4. In the light of the developments recorded, this writ petition stands closed.
