Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.O.P. No. 7470/2021 dated 21.04.2021 sureties in Crime No. 124 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K3 police station, Amenjikarai, Chennai.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SUBBURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 21.04.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to execute the sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
