This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5930 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
