Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent herein in G.O.Ms.No.17 Chief Secretariat, (Higher and Technical Education) Puducherry dated 13.06.2017 insofar as the condition No.1 is concerned and clause No.3 of the Information bulletin of 2017-2018 as substituted vide G.O.Ms.No.18 Chief Secretariat (Higher and Technical Education) Puducherry dated 13.06.2017 and quash the same to the limited extent of confining the relaxation provided therein only to the students who pursued first year Engineering Course in the year 2016-2017 and non extension of the same to the petitioner who pursued 1st year BDS Course in the year 2016-17 and to direct the respondents herein to accept the candidature of the petitioner as such and to provide her admission to the appropriate seat under Government Quota for the year 2017-18 in accordance with her merit/ranking.
