This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, for the period of six months" in Crl.O.P.No.4900 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) objects to relax the condition stating that the petitioner had not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. The Investigating Officer is directed to act as per the Judgment laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560], failing which, the Superior Officers of the Police Department shall act against the Investigating Officer.
