Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police. 2.

A reading of the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.02.2015, does not disclose any criminal offence, and it only shows that there was dispute amongst the Trustees. It is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that civil suit is pending before the City Civil Court, Bangalore. It is also submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. are initiated against the petitioner group in Cr.No.97 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Shoolagiri Police Station, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as party. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
