The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records and quash the proceedings in S.C.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Sessions for Exclusive trial of Bomb blast cases, Poonamallee.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 20.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. When the matter is called today i.e. 20.06.2018, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
