This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6128 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6128 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required.
