This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six months in Crl.O.P.No.31386 of 2022 on 21.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
