By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the landed property in S.F.No.2663/2014 in joint patta No.290 and also a successor in interest in respect of the ancestral property in S.F.Nos.385/2, 386/1, 387/1 and 388/2 in joint patta Nos.290, 2646, 781 and 1195 respectively at Virupatchipuram Village, Ilakiyampatti Panchayat, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District and she along with one Vediyappan made a joint application on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

01.06.2015 to survey and measure the property in order to ear mark and fix specific boundaries and it was also followed by reminders dated 04.06.2016 and 08.06.2016 and since no order has been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.

4. Though the petitioner prays for the larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 01.06.2015 and reminders dated 04.06.2016 and 08.06.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
