Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of declaration, to declare that the order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.QMC/2014/DP/MB/1080 dated 21.02.2014 as unjust, illegal and a colourable and malicious exercise of power by the 1st respondent and for a consequential direction, to direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service and full monetary benefits. Prayer in W.P.No.3266 of 2015:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of declaration, to declare that the order of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.QMC/2014/DP/MB/1327 dated 19.01.2015 as illegal and against the principles of natural justice.

For Petitioner : Mr.V.J.Arul Raj in W.P.No.3265 of 2015 and Mr.J.I.Raj Kumar Roberts in W.P.No.3266 of 2015 For Respondents : Mr.R.Adbul Mubeen for R1 in both the petitions and Mr.K.Thangapandi, Government Advocate for R2 in W.P.No.3265 of 2015 and R3 in W.P.No.3266 of 2015 COMMON O R D E R These two writ petitions have been filed, one challenging the appointment of the Enquiry Officer and the another one seeking for issuance of writ of declaration, to declare that the order of the first respondent College viz., Secretary & Correspondent, Quaide Milleth College for Men, Chennai in R.C.No.QMC/2014/DP/MB/1080 dated 21.02.2014 and R.C.No.QMC/2014/DP/MB/1327 dated 19.01.2015 as illegal and against the principles of natural justice.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issues pertaining to both the writ petitions have been resolved by the parties concerned amicably and a joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties and the same has also been produced before this Court.

3. In terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. The joint memo of compromise shall

form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
