(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.4680 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.9421 of 2020 vide order dated 14.08.2020 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.4680 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9421 of 2020 on 14.08.2020 and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P No.4680 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.9421 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a month, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
