This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.8(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7637 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 that "the petitioners 3 and 4/petitioners herein, shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7637 of dated 12.04.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
