Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of suspension dated 03.11.2017 and 04.11.2017 of the 2nd respondents and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondents to reinstate the petitioner as executive in the respondent society with effect from 03.11.2017 with all the benefits.

O R D E R

The Order of suspension dated 3.11.2017 and the proceedings dated 04.11.2017 directing the petitioner to submit his explanation are under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner had already been removed from service with effect from 18.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This apart, as against the removal order, the petitioner had already filed a writ petition in W.P.No.167 of 2019.

3. This being the factum of the case raised in the present writ petition, the prayer does not exist and accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
