ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue, viz., T.Santhiya D/o.M.Thangavel, aged 17 years, from the illegal custody of third respondent before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue Santhiya was secured by the police on 14.08.2021 in Ariyalur P.S.Crime No.701 of 2021 and she was handed over to the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
