This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 10(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7621 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. The investigation is still pending.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
