ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Court below to number the petition filed by the petitioner to enforce the order of maintainence passed in Crl.MP No.1678 of 2012 dated 23.12.2014.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that an order was passed on 23.12.2014 by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl MP No.1678 of 2012 to the effect that the respondent must pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) towards the Education and Medical expenses of the child. This was not complied with by the respondent and therefore, the petitioner has filed a petition to enforce the said order and the same is not being numbered by the Court below.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Mahila Court, Egmore is directed to number the petition filed by the petitioner based on the certified copy of the order dated 23.12.2014 made in Crl.MP No.1678 of 2012 and proceed further in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
