O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 6th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 7.8.2018, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the compensation for the property that was acquired from the petitioner.

2. Mr. V. Ananda Murthy, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation given by the petitioner is being duly considered and the process involves acquisition of some other patta lands also and therefore, sufficient time can be granted by this Court in order to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to pay the compensation to the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the specific stand that has been taken by the respondents, there shall be a direction to the 6th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 7.8.2018 strictly in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders for payment of compensation to the petitioner for the land acquired from her, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
