Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023 to stepping up of his last drawn pay on par with his Junior Mr.Alagirisamy PPO-RO531740.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions against the first and second respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.04.2023, seeking stepping up of his last drawn pay on par with his Junior one Mr.Alagirisamy PPO-RO531740.

2. On receipt of the same, the second respondent passed an order on 22.04.2024. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, so far, the said order has not been received by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order dated 22.04.2024 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner, if aggrieved, is at liberty to challenge the reply dated 22.04.2024.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
