ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. on first and third Monday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court vide its order dated 12.02.2025 in Crl.MP.No.2251 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.32255 of 2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
