This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7114 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur, vide order dated 11.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.6736 of 2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
