CRIME NO.207 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Panruti to accept the surrender of the petitioner and sureties in Cr.No.207 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police as per the order of this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10270 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DHILIPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 05.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to submit the sureties and comply the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties before the concerned Court and for complying the conditions.
