ORDER
A No.2155 of 2025 has been filed to grant leave to the Applicant to produce the additional documents more specifically set out in Schedule A in the Judges summons filed along with this application. 2.A No.567 of 2024 has been filed (a)to reject reference to the said documents in its written submissions dated January 12, 2024 and (b)to reject reference to the said documents in its written submissions or in the alternative direct the Respondent/Plaintiff to file fresh written submissions and also permit the Applicant/Respondent to file fresh written submissions. 3.A No.568 of 2024 has been filed (a)to reject the documents filed by the respondent/plaintiff alongwith their written submissions dated January 12, 2024 5/8
and (b)to reject reference to the said documents in its written submissions or in the alternative direct the Respondent/Plaintiff to file fresh written submissions and also permit the Applicant/Respondent to file fresh written submissions. 4.A No.5140 of 2024 has been filed to allow the present application and take on record the Plaintiffs replication to the written statement filed by the Defendant.
5.In respect of A.Nos.5140 of 2024 and 2155 of 2025 are concerned, the respondent has expressed his no objection to allow these applications. 6.In view of the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent , A.Nos.5140 of 2024 and 2155 of 2025 are allowed. 7.In respect of A.Nos.567 & 568 of 2024 are concerned, it is represented that A.No.1978 of 2024 was allowed by this Court on 15.04.2024. Since A.No.1978 of 2024 was allowed, the prayers sought for in A.Nos.567 & 568 of 2024 are become infructuous. Therefore, A.Nos.567 & 568 of 2024 are closed infructuous.
8.In respect of A.No.5644 of 2023 is concerned, Ms.Nanoj Roy takes notice on behalf of the respondent. For filing counter and issues, post the matter on 24.09.2025.
